THOUGHT FOR JULY
CHaRiTY
When Charity comes calling, Hearts may flee, disturbed by her presence.
Fear steps in and Hearts may wonder : “ Will I still have enough if I give this of myself? What if I end with nothing of my own “
Be assured, Charity does not ask of you what cannot be afforded.
Each of us has the potential to give freely, unconditionally, and with Love.
The smallest contribution of time, money, goods or shelter , given with genuine love and grace, is worth more than any grande gesture carelessly thrust upon the needy with pity and distain.
How blessed is the Heart which sees Charity as an honourable act, a respectful and beautiful thing requiring no drama or fanfare in its execution.
Charity is humble; and yet, carries a magnitude of grace which cannot be underestimated.
When Charity calls to your Heart. . . . let it be then opened, warmed and receptive to all potential.
What is given in Love, is returned in multiplicity.
